Upon arrival at the warehouse approach the reception area and ask for an “Application for Membership” form or alternatively register online. Complete the form and return it to reception. I am paying by check, whom should I make payment to? Most orders are processed and shipped the same day. All orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next day. (Conditions apply ask for more details) What about returns or refund policy? Customers often ask what our returns policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. All sales on groceries are considered final due to health purposes, unless you have received an incorrect order, we do not accept returns. How soon is my order shipped if I pay by cheque or deposit into your account? If your payment option is by cheque, we will store your order until your payment arrives via mail and ship out immediately payment is processed. Is there a minimum purchase? No. Most items are available in single units with discounts given on bulk purchases (On selected items only). A minimum order is required for delivery however there is no minimum purchase amount if you buy in person. Shall I start my shopping after registration?
